From the get-go walking in the lobby the women behind the desk were absolutely great respectable mindful and more than happy to help resolve an issue. I wanted the refrigerator + microwave and I booked the wrong room for these amenities. It was fixed with ease.
I got there and my lock to the door was not working so they upgraded my room. To a nice king room
